Once, I ordered a collar with a personalized name plate, and the collar they shipped was defective. I had already taken the tags off before I realized the problem, but I let Gun Dog Supply know immediately, and within record time, a new personalized collar was delivered to me free of charge.

Received a large order in one day. Quality products. I had ordered some treats for my pup expecting a normal size bag. I was pleasantly surprised as it was larger.
Only suggestion. A training DVD accompanied my order. I do not have anything that will play that. It would be nice to see it offered on more current technology platforms. It was free, so I really can’t complain. Will order here again.
I had a bad transaction to where weekend sales exceeded stock, they shipped my order and then notified me that the electronic collar was out of stock. Steve called personally to apologize and was willing to do whatever to make it right. In todays busy world it is hard to do what steve does much less find any business out there willing to do what these guys are willing to do! If there is something I need for my hounds it will come from steve, even if I have to wait a year, as long as it’s not urgent. Thanks steve and the guys at gun dog!
